We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals who are eager to start or advance their career in the finance industry. As a Finance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. This position requires individuals who are self-driven, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in order to generate leads and build a client base.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and provide suitable recommendations to clients.
- Present and explain various financial products and services to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to effectively advise clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or finance is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Must have a valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client meetings.
- Proficient in using a laptop and basic computer applications.
