Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals
  • Sourcing your own leads and opportunities through proactive research and networking
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of custom software solutions that meet customer needs and objectives
  • Communicating the progress of sales initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to achieve sales targets
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the sector and collaborating with development teams to drive business growth
  • Assisting with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales and business development
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments
  • A keen interest in business process automation and the application of bespoke cloud-based software solutions to improve business efficiency for customers
