They are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team in Pretoria East.This permanent position is ideal for a qualified professional with solid post-articles experience, who thrives in a value-based environment and is eager to contribute their expertise to an organization that truly makes a difference.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full financial accounting function, overseeing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and statutory requirements. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting strategic financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statementsManagement of the general ledger and reconciliationsOverseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsuring adherence to IFRS and NPO regulatory requirementsLiaising with Auditors and managing audit processesLeading and developing finance team members Job Experience and Skills Required:BCom Accounting qualification & completed SAICA or SAIPA articlesMinimum of 7 years post-articles experiencePrevious exposure to the NPO sector (advantageous)Strong financial management and reporting experienceProven people management and leadership skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesStep into a rewarding role where your expertise will directly support a cause that matters.
