Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using our property management system (PMS)/(OPERA).
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Payment Processing: Manage guest transactions, including payments, invoices, and refunds.
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Upselling: Promote upgrades, packages, and additional services to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and property management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • A professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
