We are looking for a Head of Analytics to join the INFOBUS team.

INFOBUS is one of the leaders in online sales of bus, rail, and airline tickets, helping millions of people realize their travel dreams. Our mission is to make every trip affordable, comfortable, and unforgettable at every stage of interaction with our brand.

We are now looking for an experienced and talented Head of Analytics to build the analytics system and department from the ground up, select the technology stack, and strategy for the data and analytics direction.

What you will do / your areas of responsibility:

Strategize and build the department:

  • Develop a vision and strategy for the use of business intelligence to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability of products (B2B and B2C).
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that support business objectives.
  • Build an effective team of analytics professionals: marketing, financial, product, business intelligence.

Implement and optimize analytical tools:

  • Develop and implement data collection, storage, and processing system (ETL processes, Data Warehouse).
  • Set up web and mobile analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, GTM, sGTM).

Business Solutions Support:

  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize products and interfaces.
  • Support data-driven strategic decisions for the company.
  • Develop and implement predictive models (e.g., LTV, cohorts).
  • Synergize with marketing, product, and business teams to develop and test hypotheses.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve speed of decision making.
  • Develop self-service analytics to optimize ad-hoc tasks.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Successful experience in building analytics and department systems and processes from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce or travel metrics and processes.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust/Appsflyer, GTM/sGTM).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (BigQuery, MySQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Skill in research, hypothesis generation, and testing.
  • English at Intermediate level and above.
  • Project management, planning, and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of analytical database architecture and ETL processes.
  • Experience of working with international markets.
