  • Senior Certificate
  • Code B drivers license and own transport
  • Will be required to travel from time to time
  • Be available after business hours and during weekends
Key performance indicators:
  • Production and Diesel targets are met
  • Fleet management system is monitored and managed
  • Communication with drivers and team
  • Data is captured accurately
  • Documents and reports are submitted accurately and as per deadlines
  • Vehicle maintenance issues communicated
  • Vehicle services are planned and scheduled
Capabilities & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent organising and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work in a systematic, methodical and orderly manner in order to achieve goals on a consistent basis
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Ability to work long hours and work under pressure
  • Accepting and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm, hard workmanship, commitment and willingness to put in longer hours when necessary
  • Ability to plan activities in advance and take account of possible changing circumstances
  • Ability to manage time effectively
Logistical experience (bulk cross boarder tipper) - advantageous
