Are you an experienced analytics leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a talented Head of Analytics to drive strategic data initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What Youll Do:
  • Lead a high-performing team of analysts, driving actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Develop and execute data strategies to enhance decision-making processes across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative analytics solutions and improve business performance.
  • Oversee the development of advanced analytics models, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
  • Manage the analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
What Were Looking For:
  • Bachelors degree in Sciences or Engineering with a strong focus on computer science, statistics, mathematics and/or actuarial sciences
  • Experience in the financial services industry with experience in data warehousing, data sciences and/or modelling environment
  • Good understanding of software languages and software infrastructure
  • programming languages: C#.Net, C, C++, Visual Basic
