Reservationist needed in Limpopo (Live-In) We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Reservationist to join our Front Office team. The Reservationist will be responsible for handling all room reservation enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally. 1-2 years of previous experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office OperationsProficiency in hotel Management systems (Opera, Protel, or similar).Accurately input and manage reservations using the hotels PMS system (OPERA).Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and special packages.Ensure that guest details and preferences are accurately recorded to provide a personalised experience.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.Upsell room categories and add-on services to maximise revenue.Respond to guest queries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.Always follow Hotel policies and standard operating procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and sales orientation.
