About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Experienced Massage Therapist & Wellness Practitioner to join their tranquil wellness center in Port Elizabeth . This role is ideal for a therapeutic professional dedicated to promoting client well-being through a variety of massage modalities and complementary wellness services. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional therapeutic care in a serene and professional environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the center's reputation for excellence in holistic health and client satisfaction within the beautiful coastal city of Port Elizabeth .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and aromatherapy.
- Conduct client assessments to understand their needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Maintain meticulous client records and ensure a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated care solutions.
Requirements
- Certified or licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to design effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the wellness field.
