Role Purpose:
Manage store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, invoicing, and stock take.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain housekeeping and stock control standards.
  • Report stockouts and liaise with Procurement and Planning.
  • Plan and schedule daily workflow.
  • Handle invoicing and monitor order fulfillment.
  • Manage stock transfers, updates in ERP system, and stock acceptance.
  • Oversee stock picking, packaging, dispatch, and rotation.
  • Participate in stock takes and report losses.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Matric and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Safety-conscious with good communication abilities.
  • Supply Chain qualification (beneficial).
