Their collaborative hybrid setup supports flexibility while maintaining a high-performance environment.The Role: Azure DevOps EngineerThis role focuses on building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks that enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery. You will work closely with development, cloud and architecture teams to streamline operations and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure and servicesDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsAutomate deployment, monitoring and scaling processesManage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM or BicepImplement and support containerisation and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)Collaborate with development and architecture teams to align DevOps practicesMonitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliabilityEnhance cloud security, governance and compliance standardsTroubleshoot cloud, infrastructure and deployment issuesAbout You5+ years' experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or related fieldsStrong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOpsSkilled in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenanceProficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep)Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)Solid understanding of cloud security, networking and governance principlesAnalytical, detail-oriented and solutions-focusedComfortable working in cross-functional teams and hybrid environmentsAdvantageous: Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-400, AZ-104), scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
