Basic + Lucrative Commission and Incentives

Main purpose of the job:

We are looking for dynamic, target drive, money hungry individuals who want to build a career in the call centre environment. We offer a basic salary, plus commission and other attractive incentives.

You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound telephonic sales. Your resilience on the dialler, coupled with a strong will to build a long lasting career will be to your benefit.

You will be required to sell Vodacom Device insurance products.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and sell telephonic devices.
• Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients to accept product
• Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections
• Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
• Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst ensuring call of high quality
• Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
• Commit to meeting productivity stats

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years telesales experience
• MS Office literate
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Insurance knowledge and experience (Non-Negotiable)
• FAIS fit and proper
• Grade 12 /Matric
• Criminal Clear

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8h00 to 18h00
• 2 Compulsory Saturdays in a month.
