Main Purpose of JobA Medical Aesthetic (Injectables) Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry typically has a multifaceted role that combines marketing expertise with a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics market, specifically focusing on S4 injectable products.Non-EE PositionResponsibilitiesMarket Research and AnalysisProduct Knowledge and Expertise (Possess in-depth knowledge about aesthetic injectables , including its composition, usage, benefits, side effects, and regulations)Brand Strategy DevelopmentMarketing and PromotionSales Support and CollaborationRegulatory Compliance and Ethical MarketingStakeholder Engagement and NetworkingBudget Management and ReportingCustomer Feedback and Product ImprovementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial , Business Administration, Sciences degree or a related field for instance a degree or diploma in the Aesthetics field.Mandatory: 3+ years’ experience working with Medical Aesthetics (S4 injectables (toxin)),Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory environments and market dynamics for aesthetic injectables.Understanding and relationships in the medical aesthetics field with experience of managing and developing KOLs and trainers.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software.Passion for beauty, precision, and ethical impact
