Introduction:
The ILO, SECO and NORAD have initiated a ground-breaking global program called Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work. This program aims to tackle the underlying issues of low productivity and employment outcomes by establishing sustainable connections between productivity, employment, and good working conditions across various levels. It focuses on systemic interventions and evidence-based strategies to drive positive change.
Description of Duties:
- Engage and consult with constituents and external partners for project activities
- Identify issues, propose solutions, and follow up for timely implementation
- Prepare reports and statistical data on project status
- Establish partnerships with international organizations and NGOs
- Monitor project implementation through field visits
- Organize workshops and training sessions
- Control project resources and budget
- Develop project communication materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Education: University degree in social sciences or business management with a focus on entrepreneurship development
Experience: Minimum three years of professional experience in entrepreneurship and private sector development
Languages: Proficiency in English
Competencies:
- Programming, budgeting, and project evaluation knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and multicultural environment
- Gender-sensitive and non-discriminatory behavior
