Key Requirements:

Education: CA (SA) or CIMA, BCom Honours Accounting/Financial Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial management, encompassing full accounting functions, departmental management, cost control, tax management, and financial planning.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and accounting software packages, adept at financial analysis and reporting, strong leadership and communication abilities.
Commitments: Goal-driven, resilient, and action-oriented, focusing on quality and achievement.

Key Result Areas:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial accounts and monthly management reports.
Collaborate with auditors for year-end audits and compliance with IFRS.
Develop procedures for effective financial reporting systems.
Prepare and analyse monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide divisional financial statements and reports as needed.
Assist in budget preparation and updates, including financial forecasting.
Manage foreign exchange forecasts considering market conditions.
Handle statutory tax submissions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare reports for the board regarding tax liabilities and payments.
Monitor cash flow and oversee payments to suppliers.
Manage debtors and creditors to ensure timely payments.
