JOB SUMMARY :

A Renowned 5-star safari camp is looking for multiple BUTLERS

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Candidate Requirements :

• Grade 12
• A minimum of at least 2-3 years experience in a luxury safari lodge environment
• Must be able to look after an individual guest accommodation independently
• Must be guest and service-focused and ensure guest delight happens daily
• Experience and ability to fulfil all host, waiter, and housekeeper duties
• Must have working experience in serving and preparing coffee and cocktails
• Must have attention to detail and attentive nature
• Should be willing to provide assistance to all departments
• The ideal candidate would need to be confident and able to engage comfortably with guests
• Must be a team player as well as have the ability to lead oneself
• Must have an excellent command of the English language, great communication and people skills
• Computer literate is an advantage
• Manage overall guest service experience ensuring high standards are maintained
• Provide full-service functionality to guests; ensuring you are present for all meal times until guests are finished
• Be accountable for all service related stock consumption and stock takes, including service related items such as cutlery & crockery
• Interact with guests and ensure you collect all personal preferences and relevant information, using this to tailor make their experience
• Provide feedback to relevant management on any issues noticed by yourself or the guests
