Education and Experience:
A Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Management, Business Management, Gender Studies, Youth Empowerment, Education, Social Science, or a related field with ten (10) years of work experience in leading a function related to the management of capacity-building and technical assistance projects or a related area within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
Or
A Bachelor's degree in the above-specified fields and twelve (12) years of work experience in leading a function related to the management of capacity-building and technical assistance projects or a related area of which five (5) years should be at a managerial level within the public sector, multilateral institutions, and international non-governmental or similar organizations nationally, regionally and/or internationally.
Additionally, candidates must have at least ten (10) years of progressive experience in managing a team of professionals or consultants.
