- Grade 12 with three years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise in administration and legal background within the Property Industry will be beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Advantageous skills include:
- Familiarity with Property24, Private Property, and Property Websites
- Knowledge regarding Lightstone, Windeed, and PropData
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English with a valid driver's license and own transport
- Understanding of Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Basic design skills for marketing material following a CI

- Collect and organize property information for auctions and property sales
- Prepare advertisements and contracts for auctions and property sales

- Develop mandates for new clients through agents
- Create property evaluations and liaise with various parties involved
- Produce brochures for auctions and property sales
- Handle switchboard duties and assist agents with Lightstone Reports
