POSITION SUMMARY

Our F&B Service Experts go the extra mile to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience. They handle everything from table setup to interacting with guests, making each transaction part of the overall experience.

Regardless of your role, there are key aspects critical to success - maintaining a safe environment, adhering to company policies, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional image. Performing these tasks effectively, along with other assigned duties, is crucial for F&B Service Experts to consistently meet our guests' expectations and contribute to the success of our business.


Guest Relations
  • Address guests' needs promptly and professionally.
  • Welcome guests warmly and personalize their experience.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.
  • Thank guests sincerely and ensure a pleasant departure.
  • Listen actively and resolve concerns to build trust.
  • Engage in conversations with guests to enhance their experience.

General Food and Beverage Services
  • Maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas.
  • Communicate dietary needs to the kitchen.
  • Set tables per service standards.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Follow proper alcohol service procedures.
  • Thank guests and invite them to return.

Beverage/Coffee Cart
  • Inspect tableware before use.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Follow cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workstation.

Closing
  • Complete end-of-day tasks efficiently.

Steps of Service
  • Present and process check payments accurately.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverages.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding orders.

In-Room Dining/Room Service
  • Take room service orders, provide accurate information, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inform guests of any service delays.
