  • Have excellent customer service skills (a people person who enjoys interacting with clients and going the extra mile)
  • Are comfortable working under pressure and answering a high volume of inbound and outbound queries

  • Excel in a highly dynamic and energetic environment
  • Have sound computer skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • See the bigger picture and are willing to do more than what's asked
  • Have lived and worked in the UK (an advantage but certainly not necessary)
  • Are willing to work UK hours

Your role and responsibilities:

Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for clients interested in the 1st Contact services:

o Kickstart London and South Africa sales
o National Insurance number sales
o Job Assistance

  • Liaising with clients mostly via email, phone calls and online chat. You'll need to qualify each client interested in our services and provide them with excellent customer service at each interaction.
  • Assisting with all administrative tasks that come with a client signing up for any of our services (this involves dealing with third parties).
  • Assisting clients who are interested in our Job Assistance service which involves qualifying them, looking over their CVs and sending out CVs to potential recruiters.
  • Cross-selling our other services to each of our clients and promoting our brand.
  • Working towards exceeding all set targets.
  • Ad hoc administrative and customer service assistance where required by the business.
