Description

Ensure effective debt collection with the aim of collecting the outstanding debt or balances
Collecting and follow-up on outstanding accounts
Attending to all allocated ex-representative accounts with debit or credit balances and perform the necessary actions to clear the balances
Drafting of memorandums and recommendations for write-off of debt or handing over debtors to attorneys.
Drafting of proposals to management to approve re-payment installment request from ex-representatives.
Ensure that all statements are sent out timeously after month end closing
Requesting of cash focus payments
Issuing of journals , debit and credit notes to rectify accounts
Drawing files for the auditors.
Attend Ad hoc meetings

Requirements
Grade 12
Finance qualification will added advantage
2 -3 Years' experience in Finance role.
Basic accounting knowledge
