Minimum Requirements:
  1. Grade 12
  2. EC / Code 14 license
  3. Professional driving permit (PrDP)
  4. Training qualifications/certification advantageous
  5. At least 3 years of experience in training Drivers, driver safety and assessment of drivers
  6. Certified Assessor / Facilitator
  7. Road Transport experience
  8. Computer literate
  9. Own transport
  10. Xhosa speaker - essential

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Capture data
  • Write reports
  • Investigate accidents
  • Manage drivers
  • Draft procedures and update existing documents
  • Implement training plans
  • Manage training files
  • Ensure drivers are continuously updated by giving regular training
  • Assess and evaluate high risk drivers
  • Implement vehicle safety proceu
