Our client is looking for an experienced, immediately available bookkeeper to join their team. Experience in an NPO / NPC environment would be advantageous.

KPA's

  • Monthly financial accounts (balancing all control accounts), preparing monthly pack for committee meetings, opening and closing periods in Pastel
  • All monthly journal entries
  • Checking of creditors payments, resale payments
  • Maintenance of the asset register
  • VAT
  • Year end - preparation of audit file (balance all control accounts)
  • Assistance with finance manual
  • Assisting the finance team members as and when required

Requirements:

  • B.Com Accounting degree
  • A minimum of 10 years bookkeeping experience
  • Code B drivers license
