A thriving Volume Brand Motor Dealership is seeking a hands-on and passionate Workshop Foreman ready to lead a team of eager and highly skilled Technicians. As a Foreman you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient production within the workshop, delivering excellent customer service, achieving first-time fixes, and maintaining accurate reporting. Our client is looking for a Foreman who not only has exceptional technical expertise but also demonstrates strong leadership and team management abilities, has prior experience in a Foreman role, and has working knowledge of Nissan, Ford, Kia, Renault, or similar vehicles.

Job Requirements
Motor Mechanics Certificate
A valid Drivers License and own vehicle
Must have at least 3 years of Foreman experience in a franchised motor dealership (Passenger & light commercial vehicles)
Must be computer literate
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Fully fluent in English & Afrikaans
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
