  • Matric
  • Studying towards Finance or HR will be advantageous
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in Sage Evolution
  • Experience doing debtors and reconciliations
  • HR administration experience including employee contracts, employee benefits, job descriptions, assist with disciplinary process
Duties
  • Debtors payment allocations
  • Debtors age analysis management
  • Allocations, queries and follow up on payment.
  • Weekly reporting to management
  • Petrol card recon and capturing
  • Vehicle fine management
  • Travel reimbursement reconciling
  • Management of new customers (Credit application, processing, credit checks and creating accounts)
  • Debtors Queries
  • Debtors credit note processing
  • Monthly sales report on Key Customers
  • Ad hoc filing
  • Debtors monthly statements
  • Debtors weekly invoices
  • Canteen ticket sales and reconciling
  • Provide assistance on special projects or tasks as assigned
  • New employee induction process management Preparations of new employee placement packs (documentation)
  • Schedule and facilitate inductions an onboard training
  • Employee contracts and relevant checks
  • Ad hoc leave and overtime reports
  • Employee queries - Handle employee queries and provide necessary information or guidance regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and queries related to health insurance plans and other benefits programs.
  • Creation and management of exit interview process
  • Maintaining of employee records
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection in accordance with the POPIA. Compiling reports and updates in and as when required
  • Assist with disciplinary process
  • Update job descriptions
