Our client is a leading company in the timber roof truss industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator with experience in the timber roof truss sector to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative operations within the timber roof truss plant.
  • Handle debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Process and reconcile salaries, wages, and other payroll functions.
  • Perform monthly financial reconciliations and generate reports.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
  • Utilize QuickBooks OR Sage for financial management and accounting tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator in the timber roof truss industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage accounting software is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including debtors, creditors, and payroll management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience in supplier management and order processing.
