Job Description: As a Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and engaging with candidates to placing them in roles that align with their skills and career goals. Your expertise in finance and recruitment will be crucial in matching candidates with the right opportunities and providing clients with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the finance sector.
  • Be a hunter.
  • Cold calling.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Utilize advanced recruitment tools and techniques to enhance the sourcing process.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career development.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on finance roles.
  • In-depth understanding of finance positions, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
