Job Title: Draughtsman
Geographical area: Germiston, Gauteng
Salary range: Market related

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Prepare drawings manually on AutoCAD and Sigmanest
  • Must be able to do nesting on Sigmanest for posting to machines
  • Be able to interpret and generate DXF files
  • Must be able to draw up DXF drawings from customer samples and hand sketches
  • Must be able to calculate and draw development drawings for bending and rolling items
  • Must pay attention to detail when drawing to avoid errors and reworks
  • Be able to do eccentric and concentric cone developments
  • Be able to do bill of material from assembly drawings
  • Cut to size industry experience is advantageous

Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Grade 12 / Equivalent
  • Min 3 - 5 years experience required in manufacturing
  • Experience in Sigmanest
  • AutoCAD qualification
