Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit software (2D and 3D).
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and feasible.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, notes, and reports, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations to clients.
Requirements:
  • 5 - 10 years' proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsperson or in a similar role in the structural engineering field (petrochemical experience advantageous)
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
