To support their continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic who has expereince working on Earth Moving Equipment to join their team.


Job Overview:
As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and equipment. You will work with a variety of diesel engine models, including trucks, buses, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery. A strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines to ensure proper functioning
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine issues, identifying the root cause of problems
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty components, such as fuel injectors, pistons, and turbochargers
- Perform regular oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups
- Test and adjust engine systems using diagnostic tools and instruments
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a diesel mechanic certification program or apprenticeship

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
