Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with external sales consultants to drive sales and meet customer needs effectively.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Prepare and generate quotes for products and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.

  • Manage invoicing processes efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions and financial operations.

  • Maintain meticulous oversight of stock levels and inventory management for optimal stock-on-hand control.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Uphold company policies and standards while embodying a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field .

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Excellent Admin skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks and challenges.

  • Grade 12 is essential
