KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of engineering projects, collaborating with the team to understand requirements and design specifications.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering solutions and components.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and test reports.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment.
  • Perform data analysis, process monitoring, and performance evaluation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, such as presentations and training sessions, to enhance team capabilities.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of engineering.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in an engineering or technical role.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software, tools, and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Advantageous):

  • Experience in the specific industry or domain (e.g., aerospace, manufacturing, infrastructure).
  • Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
  • Exposure to computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
  • Participation in internships, co-op programs, or personal projects that demonstrate engineering skills.
