Role's Purpose:Grow, lead and develop the company brand into Zimbabwe and Kenya. This is an Executive Manager who can think of new ideas and strategies for all operating markets.
Experience & Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- MBA would be an added advantage.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in Hospitality/Food/FMCG or franchising industries.
- Strong understanding of the Zimbabwean market.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality food offerings.
- Manage digital marketing channels and coordinate promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
- Business development with product development skills across various African markets.
