Role's Purpose:
Grow, lead and develop the company brand into Zimbabwe and Kenya. This is an Executive Manager who can think of new ideas and strategies for all operating markets.

Experience & Qualification Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • MBA would be an added advantage.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in Hospitality/Food/FMCG or franchising industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Zimbabwean market.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospitality food offerings.
  • Manage digital marketing channels and coordinate promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
  • Business development with product development skills across various African markets.
