  • Matric
Requirements
  • 3 - 5 Years' experience as Receptionist and office administration
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Well groomed, presentable and punctual
Duties
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries
  • Maintain and update internal extension list on switchboard and send updated list to all admin staff
  • Ensure security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
  • Capture all customer complaints on the system and communicate them to the Quality Manager monthly
  • Follow up on customer complaints replacement packages
  • Sort and file PODS from Agents and linking then to invoices in Syspro
  • Sort and file invoices
  • Loading of Sales Orders on Syspro
  • Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the company's integrated management system
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct Manager.
