- Matric
- 3 - 5 Years' experience as Receptionist and office administration
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Well groomed, presentable and punctual
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries
- Maintain and update internal extension list on switchboard and send updated list to all admin staff
- Ensure security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
- Capture all customer complaints on the system and communicate them to the Quality Manager monthly
- Follow up on customer complaints replacement packages
- Sort and file PODS from Agents and linking then to invoices in Syspro
- Sort and file invoices
- Loading of Sales Orders on Syspro
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the company's integrated management system
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct Manager.
