Minimum Requirements

  2. Audio Visual installation experience
  3. Crestron programming (essential)
  4. Own car and valid license
  5. More than 2 years audio visual experience
  6. Knowledge of wiring, cable termination and best practice standards

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Remote and telephonic support to clients
  • Perform a daily checks of AV equipment of booked meeting rooms in the morning, before meetings starts
  • Provide End-user training on AV equipment usage
  • Management of AV service requests and incident reporting
  • Checking of audio-visual equipment during times when rooms are not in use in preparation for live meetings and/or events
  • Reporting service escalations to Company Service Desk for any issues that cannot be resolved onsite
  • Perform root cause analysis of technical issues reported, in order to assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Fault finding
  • Configure video conferencing and audio visual equipment
  • Clean various AV equipment
  • Proactive maintenance/reporting to ensure all AV equipment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly
  • Making sure DSTV distribution is working throughout the building
  • Attend to calls logged related to the Network & Telephony installation
