Position: Shift Miller

Location: Cape Town, Eastern Cape

Primary Role Summary:

Obtaining good output, extraction and product quality by adjustments and control of the milling plant.
The target is to obtain optimum milling performance.

Minimum Qualification :
  • GMF Module 4 - Trade Test
  • Wheat grading and fumigation will be an added advantage.
  • HACCP will be an added advantage.
  • 5 Years experience post Trade Tested
  • 5 Years Wheat Milling in a 16 TPT mill.
  • Experience - PLC operated plant.
  • Have worked at least in a 20 ton per hour Mill
