Job Duties
  • Sales invoicing
- Sales invoicing admin: Invoicing

- Maintain and distribute daily sales report
- Track customer processing of invoices to payment

- Debtors collection: Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Request remittance advises
- Track invoice processing

- Update Portal for P&G invoices

- Print customer statements monthly
- Send statements to customers
- Agree debtors age to debtors control account
- File invoices

  • Cashbook processing
- Process cash book
  • Creditors' payment processing
- Payment allocation to invoices
  • CC Report preparation
- Ancillary costs: Analyse and prepare explanations for variances vs budget and prior month
- Prepare Journal to correct allocations if necessary
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Month-end close (GL rollover day)
- All sales invoices are made out
  • Expense requisition
- Update daily with the latest trial balance
