Candidate Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • At least 3 years of experience in a reservationist position
  • Must be passionate about delivering strong customer service as you will also be running the CRM
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, eRes/ Nebula, Opera, or Apex
  • Should have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Must be personable with a warm and friendly personality.
  • Must have interpersonal skills and a good command of the English language
  • Must be well organized, have excellent time management skills, and work well under pressure
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Should be a team player
  • Must align with the ethos and be able to communicate this to prospective clients & facilitators.


This position can be for a 100% remote person located within South Africa (preferably near Hoedspruit & surrounding areas) but the ideal candidate will live on-site as assist with various back-office tasks as well as reservations
