A great mining company in the North West is seeking the expertise of an HRD Practitioner to join their team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage Graduates in training (GIT's)
  • Registration of learners with Merseta
  • Coordinate and manage all employees' training events.
  • Coordinate Soft Skills training and monitor progress.
  • Compile course feedback reports
  • Coordinate Induction Process
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Mine Health and Safety Act
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the HRD Legislation (Skills Development Act)

Requirements:

  • Grade 1
  • Degree / National Diploma in Human Resource Management / Training and Development
years of experience in a plant / mining environment
