Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all notes for undeliverable parcels are recorded on the system
  • Communicate all problem parcels to CSD, BDM's and Branches
  • Monitor your responsible branches and agents for undelivered parcels and
communicate this to the relevant branches of agents

  • Communicate queries with the clients
  • Resolve the query within 24 hours
  • Ensure that the parcels are scanned out to the correct address
  • Ensure that the delivery and manifesting procedure is followed at all times
  • Ensure that the POD procedure is followed at all times
  • All queries must be resolved via GLOBAL CASE SYSTEM

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12)
  • 1year customer service experience
  • Must have at least 1year experience in the Logistics Industry
