Cashbook Clerk Urgently needed Alberton| Germiston

Minimum requirements:

  • Reconciliation of monthly bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of monthly petty cash
  • Capturing / Processing of monthly petty cash vouchers onto Syspro
  • Processing of monthly fleet card statements
  • Processing of monthly credit card statements
  • Bank Guarantees
  • Completion of Credit Applications for our creditors department
  • Assist with company resolutions
  • Assisting Accountant with any adhoc duties
  • Basic understanding of cashbook reconciliations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in English
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deadline driven, able to work independently, good communicator and ability to resolve any challenges
  • Syspro an advantage
  • Minimum creditors experience 4 years (Certificate/qualification will be an advantage
