QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • South African citizens/residents are preferred.
  • Successfully completed degree in computer science/communications engineering or another degree program or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience (also internationally) in the IT sector, preferably in the area of development and maintenance of IAM system

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Project and Startup Management experience
  • Expert knowledge in the areas of web and cloud technologies, especially interface technologies like SCIM, SAML, OIDC, LDAP and web frontend technologies (e.g. Angular)
  • Advanced knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security
  • Expert knowledge of at least one IAM Solution (preferred OneIdentity)
  • Expertise in agile development and DevOps incl. JIRA / Confluence
  • Knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors, and trends.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Incident and Request Management
  • ITIL processes knowledge

ROLE:

  • As fundamental part of the domain Digital Identity we are responsible for the IAM architecture, especially for the management of identities, accounts, and roles. In doing so, we rely on the consistent use of standards. As part of our team, you drive the implementation of our Group IT Strategy.
What do we offer you?

  • As an Identity & Access Manager we offer you an innovative and challenging field of activity in the Identities, Accounts and Roles Enabling & Migration product. In the process of migration from your legacy world to our new central IAM solution you will be responsible for analysis, conception, and implementation of necessary functional building blocks.
  • You constantly keep an eye on options for further automation of our backend processes and the development pipeline.
  • You work very closely with the internal IAR team and their interface partners, especially in the Digital Identity domain (Authentication platform, Active Directory, PAM, Secure Authentication) but also with the stakeholders and requestors from the Group IT.
  • Regular tasks for you as Identity & Access manger will be:
  • Analysis of current workflows and functionalities in the Legacy IAM landscape and provision of concepts for migration to our OneIdentity target platform
  • Concepts for integration of other PRIME initiatives in our target IAM landscape (e.g. Portal integration, BBA) and subsequent implementation
  • Concepts and implementation of WebGUIs for maintenance work (role maintenance, maintenance of approval workflows, line manager assignment)
  • Concepts and implementation of OneIdentity Connectors
- with central product owners for IAR
- with Feature Teams of other IAM products
- with Stakeholders/ requestors of other PRIMES
