Our client is looking for a practical, energetic, detail-oriented winemaker with proven people management skills who can work in a team to produce excellence in their wine cellar at Lelienfontein, Wellington.


Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Viticulture and Oenology or similar;
  • 3 to 5 years of winemaking experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent knowledge of quality systems and accreditations;
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office;
  • Willingness to travel and work hours as per wine industry requirements.
Commencement date: 1 June 2023
