Introduction:

Tracker requires the services of a Digital Learning Facilitator situated at Tracker Head office based in Johannesburg.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for playing a critical role in delivering quality learning outcome, through design, development, and facilitation, to ensure our employees have the right level of capability, knowledge, and confidence to deliver and exceptional client experience.

You are responsible for working with online learning management to set and meet achievable goals for the sustainable growth of digital learning aligned to the training needs for the business.


Job description:

  • Works with HOD
  • L&D and SMEs to identifies Fit for purpose training needs and designs and developed digital learning solutions aligned to the business needs.
  • Transfer of technical knowledge to the greater teams and upskill team members.
  • Analysing course content and learning outcomes for alignment and reviewing for instructional gaps.
  • Designing, developing and/or converting courses, instructional materials, media, and other electronic instructional information consistent with adult learning theory and best practices for delivery in the modalities supported by Online Learning.
  • Evaluating and adapting existing course materials to meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Providing guidance for curriculum and instructional program development, instructional technologies, and implementation; evaluating results and making appropriate modifications.
  • Evaluating course design and development processes regarding best practices, instructional technologies, and stakeholder feedback, and implementing changes as appropriate.
  • Creating and facilitating an online faculty community and/or network for online instructors, seeking feedback from the business, identifying issues related to instruction, and developing all required training programs, online course catalogue across all levels, maintaining the LMS and Udemy library, facilitating monthly Compliance online campaigns (POPIA, PHISHING).
  • Designing and providing instructional technology training (e.g., seminars, workshops, selfpaced, etc.) for staff.
  • Identifying new tools and technologies, developing, and offering training to teach the business how to use new and current tools and teaching strategies. Evaluates strategies for effectiveness and recommends for adoption.
  • Maintaining a LMS, Share point (L&D) presence and coordinating communication for training and support resources.
  • Maintaining training records and reports on IFS in collaboration with L&D and BBBEE.
  • Designing, developing, and/or converting courses, instructional materials, media, and other electronic instructional information consistent with adult learning theory and best practices for delivery in the modalities supported by Online Learning.
  • Designing and presenting all required development programs and activities as per business need.
  • Complete ROI and share with HOD L&D and Business leaders for all required interventions rolled out.
  • Stays current on online learning, online educational trends, changes, developments, and teaching strategies.
  • Develops, coordinates, and oversees project work plans and monitors workflows. Reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures in assigned focus area.
  • Meets quarterly course development timelines and works closely with other development staff to support online courses.
  • Assists in the development of policies, practices and standards which facilitate the effective use of online learning technologies (this may include development of guidelines, standards, templates, handbooks, etc.).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Development, ODETD Practices. UX/ UI Design Qualification is Mandatory for this role.
At least 3 years extensive training experience

  • Accredited Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator & Accreditation in Designing Learning Material
  • ETDP qualification is required,
  • Certification in using digital training tools, instructional design, graphic design,
  • Certificate and Work Experience in Predictive Analytics and Data Analytics.
