Meeting staff and clients on a daily basis
Able to assist junior staff with audit and related tasks
Responsible for the execution of a risk-based audit approach and leading audit teams during the fieldwork
Opportunity to provide a variety of services to their clients
High-quality audit service
Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives
Manages project financials, including budgets, timely billing and collection, and variance recognition
Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value
Coach, train, and develop auditing staff to upgrade their knowledge
Undertake wider office activities, as required
_Minimum Requirements;_
Grade 12
Completed Professional Accounting Degree as a minimum
Post Graduate Degree - highly beneficial
Completed SAICA articles at a small to medium-sized audit firm
Able to handle a pressurised, deadline-driven environment
Minimum of 12 months post-article experience as a manager
Preferably bilingual - should be able to at least understand Afrikaans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of IFRS for SMEs
Experience in the review of audit files and financial statements
Good administrative skills
