Summarise deliveries (km driven of trucks): +/- 1 hour

Report summarised data to Financial Manager

STICKER PRINTING

  • Regularly_:
Print stickers for Autobagging & Fertiliser departments when needed: +/- 0,5 to 2 hours

FILING OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
Daily (only a couple of minutes)

Trip controls (from truck drivers)

Time & attendance - daily lists from all departments

Cash-up from shop (when Terence is not available)

Invoices (walk-in customers)

SECURITY CAMERAS

  • Daily_:
Check if cameras are still working and make note on spreadsheet.

Report the faulty ones to Workshop

  • Wednesdays_:
Check any day of the previous 7 days (Monday - Friday, 06:00 - 18:00) how many vehicles were not stopped and give feedback to management:
Number of vehicles not stopped

Which guards were on duty

Time of incident

1 hour

Check the cameras at the loading bay area of the bobcat and see if the correct volumes were captured. The Shop will provide a daily list of the sales volumes loaded by the bobcat

ASSISTING WITH CASH UPS
When debtors is not at work (+/- 1 hour)

ASSISTING LOGISTICS WITH ORDERS
When Logistics needs assistance with orders.

ASSISTING WITH WALK IN CLIENTS

Daily:
helping customers with invoices.

WASHING OF TRUCKS' SCHEDULE

Every second week:
Report to management.

PALLET CHECKING
Quality check before accepting and offloading.

PAY ROLL

Do Payroll every day:
put hours worked per employee on pay roll spreadsheet. All departments. Max 1 hour.

Report to management on the 24th of every month.

Receive data (ERSBio) from colleagues from 5 devices (.

  • Tuesdays_:
Check any 4 night shifts of the previous week (18:00 - 06:00) if guards use the system at night when they are patrolling:2 x Monday to Thursday night shift

2 x Friday to Sunday night shift

Report to Management

Get silver clocking sticks (mag-torch) from guards:
Data to be off-loaded by Logistics for the same days as above. Gabriel to print out.

Supply print outs to management.

2 to 3 hours

RETURNS (DOCUMENTS BROUGHT BACK BY DRIVERS FROM CUSTOMERS)

  • Daily_:
Checking returns with Central Depot every morning: 1,5 hours

Counting stock returned by drivers every morning

Take photos as evidence:
1,5 hours

Report to Debtors.

Daily raw material capturing

Sufficient experience in systems :
Pastel, ERSBio, Digitweb, Ctrack, checking camera footage

Proficient in reading, writing speaking BOTH ENGLISH & AFRIKAANS
