Hold an Internationally reconized ATPL with a minimum of 5000 hours
1000 hours command
Previous Flight Operation Manager/ Chief Pilot experience preferred
Falcon 2000 rated
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good personnel management skills
The ability to work in a small team of motivated individuals.
Have a zero incident or accident approach to safety
