CS 81/24 ? CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN Requirements: Minimum qualification National Diploma supported by SAP certification. Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree) will be given preferenceMinimum of one (1) year's relevant experience in providing and supporting SAP functions.

Key performance areas:

Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems within own area of responsibilityMaintain effective internal/external client/user relationshipsExecute unit testing and string testing and business scenario testing solutionsProvide user support including dealing with Helpdesk issues as requiredAssist with preparation of training and business requirements documentationAssist with visiting workstations and work sites to identify issues, assess usage and to promote the solutions and good practiceApply business functional knowledge and skills by making suggestions.
