Personal Assistant

Diploma or degree - advantageous
Skills and experience required:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA or executive assistant.
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Ability to multi-task well
Strong planning and organising skills
Ability to function in an extremely fast paced and pressured environment
Own transport and willingness to travel to different schools when required
Support with diary management of MD, COO and CFO
Office Coordination
Front house management for team
Coordination of workshops, meetings, and conferences
Travel bookings
Expense and travel claims for team
Actioning school queries and proactively assisting parents, staff
Administration of confidential documentation and letters.
Finance Support and administration
Loading vendors onto the system
Processing PO's and tracking of all invoices due for payment
Collating and processing information related to travel & expense claims
Management of procurement card; reconciliation and loading of card
Answering phone calls and relaying messages
Management and ordering of office stationery
Monitoring office needs and actioning these needs
Team building activities
Events management and coordination
General Administration
Minute taking
Planning campus meetings and agendas
Ad hoc office administration as required
