Looking for someone hands-on, big thinking, and able to ensure the successful implementation and roll out of campaigns across multi-channel platforms (Film, radio, outdoor, print, digital and social media).


Client Management

  • Establish and maintain productive communication between the Client and the Agency
  • Maintain a good relationship and close contact with the senior client & agency team members.
  • Gain the trust and respect of senior Client leads

Account Management

  • Manage the delivery of services to Clients
  • Coordinate and manage all agency services
  • Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities
  • Provide recommendations and analysis/reporting

Work Procedures

  • Administer all daytoday activities, at a senior level
  • Delegate administrative responsibilities to AMs but support
  • Ensure a smooth and timeous internal workflow
  • Work with other departments to ascertain timelines, ensure CE approval and follow the project through from concept to final production
  • Ensure that the Agencys actions are in line with agreements, procedures and budgets

Reports

  • Compile and maintain work status reports
  • Provide recon reports on projects (in collaboration with BUD / Head of Account Management)

Financial Management

Required Experience:

  • Chase
  • Financial Sector and FMCG experience advantageous
  • Strong across MS Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as Keynote and Mac proficiency
  • 8 years _plus _at a Mid-Senior level experience in a marketing, advertising or communications field
  • Credible experience in the articulation and writing of briefs/reports/presentations
  • Proficient in the English language both writing and reading
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound administration and coordination skills
  • Self, time and people management skills

Qualifications:

  • Completed Matric
  • Completed Advertising / Marketing or Comms diploma or degree
  • Digital & TTL advertising agency experience **nonnegotiable
